Two friends, Craig Williams and Steve McQueeney, were brainstorming ideas for their new digital marketing agency. Although hungry, they opted for an instant noodle snack pot because… Well, ‘cos they’re quick and easy and hassle-free.
Suddenly, Craig slammed his hand on the table and exclaimed, “I’ve got it! What about ‘Pot Leadle‘?”
“Pot Leadle? What does that even mean?”
Steve looked at him sceptically. “Pot Leadle? What does that even mean?”
“Well, when you can’t be a****, don’t want the expense or hassle of buying a load of ingredients or slave in the kitchen to make a meal… you grab a hot snack pot and just add water!” Said, Craig.
“It’s so much easier and quicker than cooking from scratch! Plus, with Pot Leadle, all the ingredients are already pre-measured and ready to go. Just follow the instructions and it will be done in no time! No more worrying about shopping around for ingredients or slaving over a hot stove.”
Steve grinned mischievously. “It’s catchy, memorable, and unique. Plus, it’ll make people wonder what the heck we do!”
Craig pondered for a moment, then slowly nodded. “I like it. But what about our tagline?”
Steve dug the rich, saucy leftovers from the bottom of the pot (his favourite bit!) and said, “How about ‘Cooking up instant hot leads’?”

Craig laughed. “I love it! Let’s do it.”
And just like that, Pot Leadle was born. The two friends dove headfirst into the world of digital marketing, using their creativity, no-nonsense approach, and sense of humour to help businesses succeed. They built a team of talented marketers who shared their vision and values, and before long, Pot Leadle became one of the most respected and sought-after agencies in the North West of England.
Today, Craig and Steve still love to reminisce about that fateful day, when a couple of instant hot snacks and a stroke of inspiration led to the birth of Pot Leadle. They’re proud of what they’ve accomplished and excited about what the future holds.
